I know there was a major typhoon storm in China and I know it is almost the same as a Hurricane in the Tropics of the Usa and as the Hurrican in Afirca's west side. Even they delay much of the planes and that the shelter even comes under attack. But did you know that there is a way to lessen the storms that are coming in ward. They call it an "ECHO SYSTEM". The Echo System consist of a electronic system that makes hums through the water bed and makes the waves of water move in oppisite directions or in a circle to stand in one spot. This is to stop the penitration of the pressure of gravity and lessen the tide. For then all there is left to do is to deal with the rain fall. To deal with the rain fall global warming is to be done, for the heat mass index as forth how it would stop raining is applied, by massive heat modulars place within a few feet of one another where the heat mass gets denser when this happens the rain will stop and no more rain. Then you would slowly kill the heat back to planet tempature.
