I already in 2011 filed a Federal Case and they threw it out of court due to lack of Jurisdiction. But I need a favor do you know anyone who will get a hold of David Lee Murphy, County Singer. For He is a witness to a girl that was at his concert that gave him a hard time harassing him, and that girl named Jayne back in 1998 had threaten to put me someone she's doesn't know under investigation.
I was wondering if anyone you know could talk to him and tell him I need to see him for he plays a role in what happened. David Lee Murphy knows me as the name "Julie".
For I went to Tennessee after that and got ran off the road, but was okay, then returned home only to note that Jayne and her family moved across the street from me, (even with a cousin of their's on the police force.) Jayne's family started having all kinds of distrubances in the Neighborhood, some of her family even getting arrested for them. However, one day two cops came to the house and started blaming our family for things that Jayne's family did, I figured it was just because the house numbers were one number off. For Jayne's Family at the time: 522 3rd street, and OUR's 521 3rd street NW. So I just shrubbed it off. But later My sister got $534 stolden from her bank account and the DOT kept saying she was 16 when she was 25 at the time. But then Since I had a Name Change My old Name was being put on a credit card offer and being sent to her house. Then I get a letter at the time stated they wanted me to do community service, So I did it but I
thought that was aweful strange, and after that I was followed by white Vans every where I went. even though it appeared Jayne's family had a connection to it. Then when I was working in a Factory in Dyersville Racing Champions 2, {Now Tommy Outlet stores) in 2006, They people working on the night shift had called a meeting with everyone but me and I was not invited to the meeting for my supervisor Lana Young at the time told me to get to work or be fired. But at the meeting a 5ft blonde guy kept taking picture's of me, and a Blonde guy with long hair very simiar to a David Bowie Lookalike from the 80's which I saw him on tv as the Da Vinci Code Blood Vein Guy who was already suppose to have passed away. was there signing some king of paper work with a lady by the name of Sarah Kluesener and it looked like estate papers and money for she had to Bank Savings books.Sarah Kluesener Gave the Manager Darlene Klusener the papers she signed. (Even though
there was also a man with black hair and brown eyes that dressed in a USO uniform and I reconise him from running me off the road in Tennessee.) Plus Sarah Kluesener got purposed to as "Will you mary me Princess? Then there was another purposal : Will you marry me Angel? But wait a minute I was the only Angel working in that factory. For I saw a Detective Named Desmond Wisson who was in the parking lot leaving a Chrysler gold 4-door vehicle, ( he waived and took off), even though I was on foot just getting out of the car.I walked into work, I was puzzled, for I seen the stuff that was to be given to that person when I walked into work a teddy bear, red roses, a valentine's day balloon, a box of chocolates, and a red box with a crown on it and a auqa blue 3-stone engagement ring in it. and When I first walked into work it was sitting on the table and I asked if it was for me but Diane the other cleaning lady said no. But Shortly after this I
start hearing voices in my ears and I don't know where they are coming from day and night 9 yrs. (Note: Per Mar security was the place that secured the Racing Champions 2 building at the time, (weird Desmond Wisson worked for them). And Nick Stager and Kris Kluesener was seen at the soda machine after this happened and they passed a key amoungest each other saying," that they will have to confiscate the video footage out of the security room. However, I suspect a Detective, from Per Mar Security in Davenport, Iowa who helped with my brother's court case in 2001 who actually was a specialist who installs radio communications, (Note He also has friends on the Dubuque County Police Force) and that was the first time I heard the voice for he was sitting next to me at the kitchen table at 521 (our House), and I was looking at the papers for my brother['s court case and then I heard the voice for 5 seconds (just as if someone was playing with a scanner
radio), and he looked straight at me and I did nothing for I knew he heard it but I did not want to tell him I heard it. Then it went away until Racing Champions 2 in 2006, When I told a co-worker that I had in fact heard the voice and that The Detective Desmond Wisson was there The first time I did.
That's why I need to see David Lee Murphy For he is a key witness, and I even tried to approach city council, with the NEW Mayor Alvin HAAS THERE AND THE OLD MAYOR HIS LAST MEETING IN OFFICE JIM HEAVENS AND THEY VOTED FAVOR A CODERED SYSTEM, which I believe is what it's what I'm hearing, and I did not do nothing to deserve it, For they ignored my complaint, but before this meeting a couple years earlier, I asked Mick Mitchell a city recorder member of council what the towers were that I am sending you the evidence of and he said it was radio communications so the police can communicate. (For strange that's what Codered is). Plus Dyersvile, Iowa (Dubuque County) has just started having NASA TELEVISION ON Their public channels at the time. ( Strange For Radio Communication Satellites, Satellites NASA ANYONE).
