ASK THE COUNTY ASSESSOR AND/OR YOUR STATES DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE FOR A HOMESTEAD RESIDENCE EXEMPTION APPLICATION, IF THEY ACT LIKE IT DOESN'T EXSIST THEN YOU WILL HAVE TO SEE IF THE STATE HAS A DECLARAION OF HOMESTEAD PAPER TO FILL OUT. Leave a 3 inch margin at the top of all papers for the County Recorder and Notarize before you record with the county recorder. Give a copy to all involved in the Foreclosure case.
