Vans, and or even white police vans usually used to collect prison mail or transport prisoners, BUT IN THIS
CASE THEY USE THEM TO SET UP SURVEILANCE ON YOU,the (TI)

What to do if you are a victum of Covert Harrassment & Stalking
1. first thing is to be calm,
no matter how hard it is on you
as a (TI) targeted Individual
or even your ears.
2. Sign all Confidental privacy papers
there are at the places you do business.
3. Pull your Medical File from the doctor's
office, and keep it on you, (fact is if it's
in your procession they can't touch it.)
4. Ask and keep a copy of every record or
place where there is a file on you.
It's makes it easier if you do for you
can prove your innocent.
5. Check around your area and notice
if there is any ground station antenna's

6. Check local Newspapers for any stories
on poles or towers, or even what your going
though. Clip and save.
7. Check around your house for camera's
or wiretap gadet's. Save them for court.
(Note: Do this with Plastic gloves).
8. Check your cell phone system throughly
in all applications, Pay attention to the
Active Line if there's two number's chances
are you are being wiretapped.
9. Take a picture of any evidence you find.
10. Write down any phhones of harrassment you
get from who, where their calling, and the time,
Date and year.
11. Talk to all of your friends and family
and tell them that if anyone is to ask any
questions about you they should talk
straight to you. Even if it's a rumor that
the person asking is saying that they are
investigating you.*(this will cut down on
confusion, and wasting time).
12. Be suspicious of people who are in your
neighborhood doing work on phone lines,
electrical, or other projects.

13. Document all of your tortured moment's
on paper, and tell of the pain, and
suffering Times, dates and year.
14. Put all evidence together and hire
a private investigator to Pull phone records,
and Pull who the ground station antennas

15. Verify for the record that the poles
are registared with the land office of the
county, For if not they breaking the law!!
16. Find a Civil rights attorney to sue
the agency or person responsible.
