For I peace queen Angel had been a victim of v2k (Voice to skull technology ) for 11 years. I went and notified Vladimir Putin of Russia through a letter.
However President Putin Noticed a Picture in the information I provided him of a Generator that was on Ukraine soil. (Apparently I slipped it in to the paper work to show What I saw coming through Dyersville, Iowa), the first moment the v2k began, (which is similar to the generator I saw).

This generator is what made President Putin start the war in the Ukraine all because the Usa won't stop V2K ( Voice to skull technology ). President Putin went straight to the Nato with a declaration of war!
